1. I am grateful for this beautiful day. For the sun shining, the air that I breath, the blue sky, I open my arms for this new beautiful day, it is new and fresh, it’s a new dawn, it’s a new day, it’s a new life for me and I am feeling good.
2. I am grateful for my beautiful, healthy and perfect body. I love my body and I love each and every cell of my body. My body is the temple of the Immortal Spirit I am this lifetime.
3. I am grateful for all the money that I have now. Money is a state of mind that supports me, I allow prosperity to enter my life on a higher level than ever before. At this very moment, enormous wealth and power are available to me. I choose to feel worthy and deserving.
4. I am grateful for my family. I love my family. I see every human being as a fellow brother and sister. I respect all humans and living beings.
5. I am grateful for the Spiritual guidance I receive daily. I am guided by Spirit at all times, I am safe.
6. I am grateful for all money gifts that I received today, my bank is amazing.
7. I am grateful for the amazing shift I had at work, lots of fantastic customers, staff was amazing and we all left early.

1. I am grateful for my friends, old and new ones, I met amazing new people this weekend and I have a piece of each one of them in my heart. Love fills up my heart.
2. I am grateful for the blue light that protected me during this weekend. I had many experiences and there was always some blue light around.
3. I am grateful for all the money that I have now. Money is a state of mind that supports me, I allow prosperity to enter my life on a higher level than ever before. I am a magnet for money, prosperity of every kind is drawn to me. I had some money gifts today and they were amazing.

5. I am grateful for my voice. I express myself, my voice is fantastic and I am a great communicator.
6. I am grateful for my room, it is in an amazing location, I love my flatmates, and I have a great relationship with my landlord.

9. I am grateful for the amazing Tantric experiences I had this weekend, I had the most profound Spiritual experiences on my life so far.

3. I am grateful for my FOREX course, it is amazing learning new things.

1. I am grateful for my Italian passport, it allows me to live in UK legally, travel to any country I choose to and also provides Nane with the legal rights to be here as well.
2. I am grateful for the air that I breathe, each breathe connects myself, air is the most precious substance in my life, it reminds me that I am alive in a flesh body.
3. I am grateful for my computer, it is always here for me, I use it a lot, and it makes exactly what I ask it to do.
4. I am grateful for all the money that I have now, I am a magnet for money, I live now the reality that money is love and this energy flows freely through my life, money comes to me easily and effortlessly, my income is constantly increasing.
5. I am grateful my orchids, my beautiful orchids make room even more beautiful, they are blossoming now.
6. I am grateful for my amazing shift at work today, it was very productive, me and the staff did lots of cleaning and organizing today, we had amazing and generous customers, the food training was so enjoyable.
7. I am grateful for my sharing at the meditation class today, it was so powerful, I felt so inspired, and the response from the friends was so beautiful, I am grateful for being reminded of being grateful.
8. I am grateful for serving Humankind, there are many ways of doing it, may it be giving directions, inspiring people, giving unconditionally, thanks for using me as a “vessel”.
9. I am grateful for my room, it is comfortable, amazing location, I have a fantastic relationship with my landlord.

1. I am grateful for this very long night sleep, I had many dreams and lots of Spiritual work, also my body worked a lot in its healing.
2. I am grateful for this beautiful sun that shines and enlightens my day.
3. I am grateful for all the money that I have now, I am a magnet for money, and money is love, I allow it to flow into my life.
4. I am grateful for the air that I breathe; it connects me with my inner being, what I truly am.
5. I am grateful for all the work of knowing myself and all the inner work that I am doing.
6. I am grateful for my amazing and generous customers, I had an amazing day at work.
7. I am grateful for the awareness that is constantly growing.
8. I am grateful for all that I learnt with Cedric, now he’s on his way to Dubai.

1. I am grateful for the night sleep and the dream work I have done, it shows me areas where I have to work and pay attention during my day.
2. I am grateful for the meditation process that I start, all the awareness that it brings to me.

4. I am grateful for all the quality time I spend with my beloved ones.
5. I am grateful for my job, my salary, my bosses, my managers, my colleagues, my staff, my generous and lovely customers, and my suppliers.
6. I am grateful for this room, all the beauty and love that permeate this space, my room mates and my landlord.
7. I am grateful for my Italian Passport, all the it allows me to do, the right to come and go, and the opportunity to help others as well. I bless the Home office officer who is dealing with the paperwork, and I am grateful that it is all taken care.
