Day 1

Today:
1. I am grateful for all the opportunities God gives me to help and care for others, I am really grateful to be able to do to others what I’d like people to do to me;
2. I am grateful for all the laughter I had today with my friends, we had an amazing time together, and I spent lots of time with the kids, playing and having fun;
3. I am grateful for all the beauty that I saw today, I see beauty everywhere, and being in touch with Nature is as amazing and marvellous thing;
4. I am grateful for all the people that came my way today and I was able to send them love; I choose to love all creatures, there is so much love in my heart, I allow it to flow;
5. I am grateful for all the money that I have today, I am really grateful that life supplies all my needs in great abundance, I am a magnet for money, prosperity of every kind is drawn to me, I am open and receptive to all the good and abundance in the Universe, thank you life, I am an excellent receiver;
6. I am grateful for my work, my bosses, my managers, my colleagues, my staff, my suppliers, my clients, I am thankful for all the business opportunities that come to me;
7. I am grateful for my house, it is here for me, I love the place, and fill it up with love and beauty, I am thankful for my landlord and my housemates;
8. I am grateful for the meditation class I had today, it really open my mind, and helps me to in the way of my self-knowledge and enlightens me;
9. I am grateful for listening my Guardian Angel and my Higher Self, I hear them with love and I am learning to follow their instruction, they help and guide me with love;
10. I am grateful for my wonderful, beautiful, healthy and magnificent body, I love and thank each cell of my body, I love my body, I treat it well, I feed it healthy food and drinks, I allow my body to be healthy, I love my healthy toe nails.
